You're invited to join a fun 12-week Weight Loss Challenge with cool prizes starting Monday 18May2009. Participation fee is only RM50. Challenge winners can earn cash to lose weight! The more you lose the more you win! The unique challenge where losers win!

WHO WE ARE:
The Shape Me Over weight loss challenge is a community-wide public service, run in conjunction with The Total Wellness Support Centre, a Wellness Coaching service that provides nutrition and health education, and support to both individuals and organizations!

OUR MISSION:
To fight lifestyle diseases around the world person by person, community by community!

WHAT YOU GET:
A 12-week program that teaches exercise and healthy food choices so participants lose weight, keep it off and have a chance to win some money! All in just 60 minutes per week! Each week, participants will be cared for by a personal Coach, get free body scan health checks, nutrition and wellness education and group support!

WHO CAN BENEFIT:
Individuals or GROUPS who want to lose weight, value health, have FUN and have HEALTHY COMPETITION!

For Participants:

• RM50 participation fee


• Penalty of RM5 per kg will incur for every kg gained


• Penaty of RM10 per kg will incur for every class absent (with 1 class buffer)


• Any lose weight methods are welcome
